As Vice President of Technical Services, Lambert Walsh leads Adobe’s global services organization with a focus on enabling customer success through engaging experiences anytime and anywhere a customer interacts with Adobe. He and his team are responsible for delivering innovative customer experiences across all products and geographies, identifying new revenue streams for growth, developing and managing customer business intelligence, and establishing worldwide enterprise-class services. After joining Adobe in 2006, Lambert led the Customer Care organization to deliver double-digit maintenance and support revenue growth annually. He continues to focus on leading a growing, global organization inclusive of professional services, technical sales, technical enablement, and customer care, delivering greater than $150M in services revenue through expanded services that leverage new channels and technologies to provide solutions that transform customers’ businesses.
Prior to joining Adobe, Walsh served as Senior Vice President, Worldwide Service and Support at McAfee, Inc., leading a global team to successfully deliver Maintenance and Support revenue exceeding $750M. He has previously held several leadership roles in customer care at Bay Networks and Synoptics. Throughout his career, Lambert’s focus on service quality, process discipline, customer acquisition and retention, and outstanding overall customer experience has established him as a global innovator in the area of technical services.
